Organic Pepper
'California Wonder'

This sweet bell variety can be harvested while green or later when mature fruits turn red. Start seeds indoors 6 - 8 weeks before last frost or outdoors after all danger of frost is past. Prepare a site in full sun that has rich, fertile soil. Sow seeds 1/4" deep, spacing seeds 2" apart. Water regularly and use an organic fertilizer as needed. Transplant hardened seedlings 18" apart and support with stakes. Organic seeds are produced without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides.
